Come one, come all, bring your family, and indulge in an evening filled with laughter, fun, and the thrill of BINGO. Plus, who can resist delicious snacks and the chance to win some fantastic prizes? 🍕🎁
Building our theatre has been nothing short of a dream come true for all of us at Ghostlight ETC. From the echo of the first hammer to the last stroke of paint, every moment has been a step towards creating magic. However, turning dreams into reality comes with a hefty price tags. 🎟️💸
Though we've made incredible strides—like giving our space a major facelift from its old dilapidated state, installing much-needed A/C, and even adding a backstage bathroom and washing machine for our performers—there's one thing we still desperately need: permanent lighting equipment. 🛠️💡
Currently, our shows shine brightly under rented lights, which, although lovely, means a tiring game of set-up and take-down for every single production. And let's be honest, Miss Colleen's ladder-climbing days should be behind her (we love Mr. Justin, but it's time for him to step down from that ladder too!) Additionally, once we own our own gear, we will also be able to make our theatre space available to other performers/performances in between our shows to enhance the arts community in our town!

By using these SignUp Genius links, we will hopefully ensure we don’t receive too much of one thing and none of another thing. Starting an event with 100 hot dogs and 0 buns is not the recipe for success as we attempt our first BINGO night!

This link includes a list of items that we would appreciate borrowing for a day to help us run this event. We ask that most items get dropped off between 5-10pm on Wednesday, 7/10 at the theatre and can be taken home at the end of the event at 8pm on 7/11.
This link includes a list of items that we would appreciating families purchasing to bring to the beginning of the event at 5pm on 7/11. These are items to sell at the concession stand and items to give away as prizes.

We have never done a BINGO event, or any type of event like BINGO before. So, honestly, my answer to most questions is “your guess is as good as mine!”
I don’t know how many people to anticipate so I don’t know how many hot dogs we should prepare or how many pizzas we should order. We’ll prepare what we purchase and whatever is donated and sell them at our concession stand until we run out!
We’ll use as many borrowed plastic chairs as we receive and use our theatre chairs (for individuals who are not eating) if there’s still a need for more.
We’ll see how it goes, learn along the way, and hopefully this can become a regular event for years to come!!!
I sincerely appreciate anyone who is willing to help us bring this event to life in any way! Lighting funds are long overdue and it’s so exciting to start raising money toward that goal.
