Online ticket sales will close ONE hour before the beginning of the performance. General Admission tickets will be available at the door for any event that does not sell out in advance.

Patrons can process refunds for 80% of the ticket’s face value on their own up to one day before their scheduled performance. Please consult your ticket confirmation email under the “Manage Order” button for more instructions.

Ghostlight ETC does not and will not modify the ticket orders of our customers. Customers are responsible for purchasing, retaining, refunding, and moving their own seats using the “Manage Order” button on their ticket confirmation email.

Tickets are not transferrable between events/performances. To change the performance you wish to attend, you must refund your original order and repurchase the correct performance.

Families are welcome to exchange tickets among one another but are doing so at their own risk. Ghostlight ETC will not reimburse individuals if they choose to engage in a ticket exchange that ultimately proves fraudulent.
